Social Worker - Outpatient Mental Health
The incumbent Social Worker (SW) position that is assigned to the St. Cloud VAHCS-Mental Health Integrated Care Community. The Outpatient Mental Health SW provides comprehensive psychotherapy and care coordination services to Veterans. The incumbent also provides mental health services via telehealth to the Alexandria, Brainerd, and Montevideo Community Based Outpatient Clinics as needed. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
