The CLC Nurse Manager demonstrates leadership in delivering and improving holistic care through collaborative strategies with others, as well as in the application of the nursing process to patient care and organizational processes. The Nurse Manager has clinical, educational, and administrative responsibilities, and is responsible for 24/7 operations of the CLC, ensuring that nursing personnel provide timely nursing care which complies with accepted standards of clinical practice. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
