Nursing Assistant - Acute and Transitional Care
The Acute/Transitional Nursing Assistant functions as a member of the nursing team, assisting with ADLS to include, feeding, grooming, incontinent care, personal care, Etc. The NA will also assists with lab draws, EKG's, vital signs, documenting care, and accompany patients to medical appointments. A primary duty will be to ensure a safe environment for patients. Coordination and collaboration between the NA and all other members of the nursing team is critical. BASIC REQUIREMENTS a. Citizenship. Citizen of the United States.
