VA Caribbean Healthcare System Geriatrics & Extended Care Service is seeking a physician to cover planned and unplanned leave at San Juan Home Based Primary Care, Community Living Center and Palliative Care (both inpatient and outpatient). The floater physician may be assigned to administrative, or quality duties as needed. He/she is accountable to the Community Living Center (CLC) Medical Director and ultimately to the ACOS of Geriatrics and Extended Care or designee. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
