Registered Nurse (RN) Trauma Coordinator - Emergency Department
OverviewThis position provides ongoing assessment of care, oversees performance improvement projects, and ensures successful clinical project implementation in the acute care environment assigned. Provides positive role modeling and critical thinking skills to facilitate staff development. Proactively supports the quality and continuity of services throughout the healthcare systems. Assists in resolution of systems issues and enforces unit/department policy/procedures and standards of care under the direction of the director. This position will have dedicated and protected hours to the specific programs the individual will oversee such as trauma, pediatrics, code blue, etc. Shift Available:40hr/week.
