Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care Mental Health Integration)
The Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will support the Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) team and will engage in consultation as well as brief assessment and intervention. The Nurse Practitioner will provide psychiatric consultation in the primary care setting, collaborate with primary care teams, and provide consultation for Collaborative Care Managers. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
