Job DescriptionReporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer, the Sr.Nursing Director provides leadership for UM Capital Region Health in developing, managing, and coordinating Trauma/Emergency Services (ED) and Behavioral Health (BH) services system-wide. Collaborates with UM Capital Senior Leadership, the Medical Directors, Trauma/ED, and BH programmatic decision-making structures, UM Capital Physicians, team members, and outside community agencies to provide state-of-the-art Trauma/ED and BH care in the community.
