DescriptionProvide technical support for network voice systems for a university medical system, particularly VoIP (voice over internet protocol) software and hardware platforms. Responsible for the implementation and support of VoIP equipment and software, daily operational incidents, service request tickets, network and VoIP break/fix support, incident escalation, network maintenance and network configuration. Provide day-to-day support of the 24 x 7 production environment of network and VoIP, including wired and wireless access layers, IPAM, DHCP, VoIP systems, WAN, and network and VoIP monitoring. Build, install, monitor, optimize, troubleshoot, maintain and document a variety of systems of the network.
