Description
The Public Mental Health Partnership (PMHP) is seeking to hire a full time Community Mental Health Trainer to provide training to mental health professionals working on the Interim Housing Outreach Program (IHOP) teams run by the Los Angeles County Departments of Mental Health and Health Services and to homeless service professionals staffing interim housing (IH) sites served by IHOP. In this role you will utilize their mastery and thorough knowledge of the homeless service sector, evaluation and assessment, and program implementation to optimize the experience and knowledge acquired by IHOP and IH professionals. You will be responsible for providing direct training in technical assistance interventions, quality assurance, and outcomes evaluation through monitoring fidelity to evidence-based interventions and an IHOP program logic model. Additionally, you will also assist in the ongoing development of training, program evaluation, and web-based materials. The Trainer will be responsible for consultation to interventionists and leadership at partner organizations under the guidance of PMHP leadership.
Salary
offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to,
qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position
is $68,800.00 - $141,000.00 annually. The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably
expects to pay for this position is about $68,800.00 - $80,000.00.
