Geriatric Medicine Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)Position OverviewLVHN provides extensive services to geriatrics across a variety of medical settings, including acute-care hospitals, acute rehabilitation units, post-acute care, outpatient primary and specialty care, long-term care and home- and facility-based hospice. LVHN functions as a major referral center for neighboring communities within a 50-mile radius.This position is located at our 17th Street hospital in beautiful Allentown, PADays / Monday - Friday / 40 hours per week Overnight call via phone from home, rotating, and divided equally amongst all team members.LVHN’s division of geriatrics, housed within the departments of family
