Our practices consist of:

-level 3 NICUs

-NBN (Newborn Nursery) only coverage

-combination of NBN and Level lll NICU coverage

-24 hour in house shifts

-rounding with call from home with physician back up

-delivery attendance

-orientation and mentorship
