The UCLA Center for Cognitive Neuroscience is seeking a Limited Part time Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator. In this role you will assist the PI and her designee with various administrative and study-related tasks which include:
Assisting the team with scheduling subject recruitment and interviews to enroll subjects in the study.
Maintaining and processing research data in Excel,
providing assistance and additional observation with subject MRI.
*This limited position may convert to career
Pay Range: $27.08 - $43.55 hourly.
Qualifications
Ability to learn how to administer various neuropsychological testing procedures
Experience and proficiency in using SPSS and Microsoft Office software programs
Ability to concentrate and focus in a work environment that contains distracting stimuli and competing deadlines.
Ability to adapt to changing job demands and priorities; work flexible hours to accommodate research deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport and build relationships.
Skill in coordinating information transfer among multiple constituents
Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with thoroughness and accuracy.
Strong organizational capabilities.
Skills sufficient to solve problems and identify solutions.
Ability to respond to situations in an appropriate and professional manner.
Ability to be flexible in handling work delegated by more than one individual.
Typing and computer skill/ability including word-processing, use of spreadsheets, email, data entry.
Ability to navigate numerous software programs and applications.
Ability to handle confidential material information with judgement and discretion.
Skill in coordinating information transfer among multiple constituents.
