The Senior Strategic Planning Associate will complete portions of strategic plan development management process for departments and programs and develop business plans with guidance. This position will perform statistical analysis to unlock trends and key insights critical for the success of St. Jude, will summarize findings and complete applicable reports and track performance. The Senior Strategic Planning Associate will serve as a project manager for projects, assist with planning retreat agenda development and facilitation, and form productive relationships with programs across St. Jude.

1. Complete portions of strategic plan development management process for departments and programs; develop business plans with guidance.
2. Perform statistical analysis to unlock trends and key insights critical for the success of St. Jude; summarize findings, reporting in applicable reports and track performance.
3. Identify process improvement opportunities, better tools and templates to support planning and executing initiatives.
4. Form productive relationships with program areas within St. Jude.
5. Serve as a project manager for small standard projects; facilitate discussions at internal strategic planning office meetings.
6. Maintain strategic planning tools to support strategic plan management; create documentation in adherence to applicable federal, state and local safety, health regulations and standards.
7. Develop proficiency in strategic planning tools.
