Several practice models available: 1.) Community-based General Hem/Onc 2.) strong focus on one or two specific types of Hematology or Oncology or 3.) 7 on / 7 off inpatient Hem/Onc Hospitalist

Extremely minimal call associated with options #1 and #2 - only 3 weeks per year

Participation in clinical research highly encouraged
