The Department of Internal Medicine at JFK University Medical Center and Raritan Bay Medical Center is seeking an Associate Program Director in Internal medicine to join the faculty team.
This role is an exceptional opportunity for an academic clinician interested in helping shape the Internal Medicine Residency Program with significant protected time for teaching residents and medical students and for administrative responsibilities. It is a rare opportunity to practice medicine in both the inpatient and outpatient arenas. There is significant flexibility in the clinical responsibilities.
The successful candidate will possess the following professional qualifications:
- Graduation from an approved medical school, residency training in internal medicine, and the ability to obtain professional licensure in the State of New Jersey.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Graduate Medical Education
- Excellent clinical skills
- Excellent teaching skills
- Academic accomplishments that would merit appointment in the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine
