At UCLA Health, you can do all this and more with a primary focus in oncology patients. Maintenance and review of patient medication profiles; reviewing and verifying physician medication orders and patient medical record. Interacting with healthcare professionals and providers to help promote safe medication use, prevent inappropriate or misuse of medications; provide clinical pharmacy services (e.g., pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic interchange, IV/PO conversions, clinical protocols per pharmacy and pharmacist interventions).

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

Hourly Salary Range: $85.87 - $100.58 (Union represented, step based salary depending on years of experience)

Bargaining Unit: HX-UPTE
