Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Monday 7AM-7PM (Day Shift), Wednesday 7AM-7PM (Day Shift), Saturday 7PM-7AM(Overnight shift)

The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Tampa

We have also received certification by The Joint Commission in collaboration with the American Stroke Association as a Primary Stroke Center.

The role you’ll contribute:

Performs clerical and receptionist duties as required by the department.  Facilitates accurate and timely performance of Imaging exams.  Assists in procedures as instructed by Supervisor and Techs. Facilitates the transfer of reports as needed. Works as a bridge connecting Doctors with our Radiologists as needed throughout the West Division. 

The value you’ll bring to the team: 

·  Utilize PACS to communicate verbal/non-verbal call backs.
·  Provides information to on-call technologists, relating to ordering and canceling of STAT patient exams. 
·  Monitoring Radiologist reading que for the West Division to ensure studies are read in a timely manner.
·  Utilize Powershare with outside facilities and our sister hospitals to share images on mutual Patients.
·  Assists the Radiologist in the reading room with critical call back logs to the ED Physicians and Nurses for the West Division.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

·  High School Graduate or Equivalent.
·  1 year of clerical or customer service.
