In this role, you will:
Conduct assessments and summarize case information to use in diagnosis, treatment, and dispositional release
Diagnose and/or collaborate in the formulation of a diagnosis
Develop, monitor, and modify treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team
Provide assessments, group therapy, and collateral conferences
Document and evaluate patients’ progress in treatment
Coordinate placement with community resources for patients returning to their communities
Minimum Qualifications:
California licensure (pre-licensed CSWs may be appointed, but will be required to obtain licensure)
Master's degree from an accredited school of social work, approved by the Council on Social Work Education
