Job Summary: interdisciplinary consult-based medical team of physicians, advanced-practice providers, nurses, and social workers who are dedicated to the mission of helping patients achieve quality of life, and providing support/resources to families

Completion of ABMS Pediatric residency and Pediatric Palliative Care fellowship
BC in Pediatrics and BC/BE Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine
