Join our growing, compassionate & nationally ranked team at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, IN! We are seeking a patient-focused Neonatologist to collaborate with our highly skilled teams, and promote advocacy for the needs of high-risk neonates and their families as appropriate.
Preeminent clinical service for all neonates admitted to the Level IV neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) managed by the Division of Neonatal Perinatal Medicine; high-risk delivery service and consultation with high-risk mothers on the obstetric service
Primary day time attending coverage in the Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health with the possibility of day time service at other NICUs managed by the Division of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. Night call expectations will be similar to other full-time faculty within the Division and will include in house weeknights and weekends
Demonstrated skills in developing and implementing quality improvement projects or clinical guidelines to decrease variation in practice would be highly valued
Membership in the Division of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, including active participation in teaching curricula for medical students, pediatric residents, neonatal fellows, and Advanced Practice providers (NNPs and PAs)
Participation in additional academic activities - faculty appointment with IU School of Medicine is available based on experience

Qualifications:
Completion of pediatric residency and neonatal-perinatal medicine fellowship
BE/BC in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine
Physician MD/DO licensed in or eligible for Indiana license
