Neuro-oncologist Inova Schar Cancer The Inova Schar Cancer Institute is seeking an outstanding physician to fill the position of Neuro-oncologist to add to our growing Neuro-Oncology program, which is the largest brain and spinal tumor program by volume in Northern Virginia and metropolitan DC area.  The ideal physician candidate will have expertise in the care of primary and metastatic brain and spinal cord malignancies and cancer neurology. The role is primarily clinical care, focused on outpatient care with some inpatient consults and oversight of inpatient chemotherapy, shared with the other neuro-oncologist.  No general neurology call. There are opportunities to participate in clinical trials, clinical research projects, and teaching
