The VA Puget Sound Healthcare System is recruiting for one RN to perform duties with the General Medicine Service at the Oak Harbor Satellite Clinic located on the Whidbey Island Naval base and float coverage at the Mount Vernon CBOC. The nurse will be responsible for organizing and directing team members to achieve desirable patient outcomes through day-to-day and/or telephonic case management and will function in the Primary Care Clinic which utilizes a Patient Aligned Care Team model. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
