Position Highlights:
100% Inpatient Focus: You will be rounding on inpatients and taking consults. This position does not include outpatient duties.
Caseload: Manage 10-20 patients per day with 7-9 new consults weekly, allowing for in-depth, meaningful patient interactions.
Collaborative Support: You will be joining a local team of 6 Medical Oncologists, 3 Surgical Oncologists, 4 Radiation Oncologists, and 4 Medical Oncology APPs.

Strong Oncology Knowledge: Were seeking candidates with a passion for oncology and a desire to grow within a high-volume, high-acuity inpatient setting.

Flexibility & Commitment: This is a full-time, Monday-Friday (8-5 position supporting the inpatient service with a consistent schedule.

Pay: Competitive compensation ($130,461.00-$149,955 starting pay based on YOE), annual quality incentive + merit increase, with full benefits package, including sign on and relocation bonus.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (8AM-5PM), no weekends, no call
Location: Tacoma General Hospital, an integral part of our MultiCare Cancer Institute on the 4th Floor Milgard, featuring 21 exam rooms and 30 infusion chairs.

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $130,461.00 - $176,947.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicants years of experience align.
