Clinical Pharmacist Specialist (PACT)
The Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner (CPP) will be assigned to Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT) in the Colorado Springs Primary Care clinics. PACT teams are located in the main hospital and clinics in Alamosa, Aurora, Burlington, Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, Denver, Golden, La Junta, Lamar, Pueblo, and Salida. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Education: (1)Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited College or School of Pharmacy with a baccalaureate degree in pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) and/or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
