We are looking for a Marketing Strategist to join our team and act as the primary point person for all marketing and communications for Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hospital leadership to develop impactful marketing strategies and execute communication needs to drive the achievement of hospital goals.
This is a hybrid opportunity that will require working onsite at least 2 days per week.

Role Purpose
Coordinates marketing activities in support of service line or HSO initiatives, campaigns, projects and events, with input from team and service line leadership, and provides measurement of marketing, e-marketing and communications programs for the assigned service lines to further the strategic goals of the HSO or organization.
Responsibilities
Has broad understanding of department/HSO goals and creates and helps implement plans that align with strategic objectives, using publications, e-marketing, collateral production, social media management, content development, sponsorship/partnership support, and clinical service line outreach opportunities.
Oversees planning, development and production of consumer and physician marketing materials, including physician outreach, patient education, and general and targeted consumer outreach. Interviews, writes, coordinates, produces and distributes marketing content; may serve as editor of publications and collateral materials to ensure target messaging. Serves as liaison with HSO and department leadership.
Develops and implements marketing plans for clinical services in pursuit of volume, market share and preference goals. Conducts research, interviews, writes, obtains approvals, coordinates photo-shoots and other production elements, and assists with planning and distribution via appropriate channels including social media, web, traditional media and collateral materials.
Identifies metrics to measure effectiveness of campaigns/projects/events. Analyzes results, prepares reports to support planning initiatives & recommends improvements.
Counsels teams and clients on best practices. Assists with cultivating relationships with community partners, and executing sponsorship and partnership agreements.
