As an Architectural Medical Equipment Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Real Estate | Planning, Design, and Construction team completes projects on-time and on-budget for the UCLA Health System. Your role will focus on overseeing the procurement and installation of medical equipment within the Hospitals and Medical Office Buildings throughout Los Angeles County. Primary duties include:
•Communicating between equipment vendors & UCLA Health Clients
•Assisting with design, evaluation, & selection of medical equipment
•Coordinating hand-off to UCLA Health clients upon Substantial Completion

The full hourly salary range for this position is $68,800.00 - $141,000.00. Please note - the department’s target pay range is $77,256.00 - $96,048.00/year.
Qualifications
•At least 3 years of professional experience working in healthcare administration, finance, design, construction, or related field.
•Ability to analyze data and create accurate spreadsheets, graphs, and charts for management report.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam - preferred.
•Knowledge of building codes, UCLA standards, and accessibility regulations - preferred.
•Familiarity with California Building Code, Title 22, and HCAI (OSHPD) requirements - preferred
•Ability to organize and facilitate projects.
•Ability to interpret legal and technical documents.
•Skill in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines despite workload changes.
•Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
