The role you’ll contribute:
The Learning Systems Administrator is responsible for providing support to the AdventHealth Central Florida Division (CFD) Learning Management System (LMS) end-users, which incorporates AdventHealth University, Graduate Medical Education (GME), Acute Care Services, Integrative Health Services and all support services.This role functions as a regional level Administrator for the CFD, providing instruction, tactical guidance and management leveraging the capabilities of the learning system.This position supports, advises and serves as a coach for educators, instructors and other levels of admins below the Regional Facility Administrative roles. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all
The value you’ll bring to the team:
·Collaborates with Learning Technologies team, corporate ALN team and AdventHealth stakeholders to maintain and refine the AdventHealth LMS
·Serves as liaison to LMS stakeholders for service improvements and changes.
·Offers operational support, development, trouble-shooting and testing use-cases and leveraging the platform capabilities to meet customer needs.
·Facilitates LMS Administrator training at various levels (determined by ALN corporate team).
·Continually maintains Smartsheet workflow system to triage incoming service requests.
·Maintains and responds to shared inbox and ServiceNow ticketing system for trouble-shooting and customer support within the Learning Technologies service standards.
·Trains and develops support educational materials on the Learning management system for the Central Florida Division.
·Assists in leveraging the LMS capabilities to develop and support educational activity.
·Arranges and participates in meetings and project team activities.
·Serves as a consultant in communications with ALN Administrator
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Education, Business or applicable discipline or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
2 years of experience in learning systems software or similar technology administration.
Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, OneNote, Snagit and Visio.
Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts and ideas in understandable terms to all levels of internal staff (customers).
Ability to use tools provided to generate custom reports based on specified business requirements.
Solid leadership skills, initiative and self-direction.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Instructional Technology, Education, Business or applicable discipline.
Workday Experience
Experience working in healthcare system instructional technology or learning environment.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Experience with Shared Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) conformant instructional objects.
Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
SABA certification as an administrator.
