This is a hybrid role and will report on site to the BJC Commons.

Role Purpose
Provides ongoing support for Supply Chain operational systems, including processes and technologies. Maintains expert knowledge of current inventory systems. Assists functional areas to achieve desired outcomes by acting as a resource for Supply Chain operational leaders. Communicates system standards and best practices. Position requires independent action and initiative as it relates to work and process flow. Supply Techs will take direction regarding day-to-day delivery and inventory of supplies.
Responsibilities
Independently analyzes data to identify system gaps and trends decreasing customer service levels.
Develops corrective action plans with Operational Leaders to improve inventory optimization plans and decrease inventory ordering and carrying costs.
Adheres to all inventory management practices regarding project builds and implementation, inventory on-boarding, and item master strategies.
Accepts financial responsibility for inventory ordering and stocking in managed locations.
Root Cause / Problem Solve system, inventory, demand, and customer issues independently and responsibility.
