The candidate needs to be BC/BE by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Competitive candidates must have excellent communication skills and an unwavering commitment to quality patient care and education. An interest in microsurgery is ideal, although fellowship training in microsurgery is not required.St Lukes Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is a hospital-employed practice within
