Pharmacist PRN (Mon-Fri Day Shift) - Ambulatory Care (Community Care Clinics) Pharmacist in our department are distinct and very different from what you would find in a regular retail or hospital pharmacy. The pharmacist collaborates directly with a team of embedded pharmacy technicians, and at some locations pharmacist residents and pharmacy students as well in our community care clinics as part of our "Pharmily" to provide direct patient care. Our community care clinics provide outpatient care to underinsured, uninsured, and impoverished patients by utilizing multidisciplinary teams and clinical personnel.  Those multidisciplinary teams also include the chronic disease department (n
