Additional Information About the RoleThe Sourcing & Brand Engagement Manager leads all talent pipelining strategies across both BJC Health System East and West regions, managing teams of brand and sourcing advisors in addition to the technology and vendors who support this work. Day to day responsibilities will require a three-fold scope, continuing and evolving current recruitment strategies, redeveloping and implementing the BJC Health System employer brand and aligning process/technologies across a system-wide enterprise.
