Registered Nurse - Outpatient Mental Health
Summary This position falls under the Mental Health service line in the Outpatient Mental Health (OPMH) setting. Primary functions are case management and care coordination for Veterans who meet DSM V diagnostic criteria. Veterans are likely to present with co morbid medical conditions, functional decline, and unstable living conditions. The position is a part of an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals referred to as a Behavioral Health Integration Program (BHIP).
