Patient Population: Microvascular, Reconstructive/Plastics, ENT, Bariatric, Oral Surgery, etc.
Patient Ratios:?1:3-5

ENT/Breast, Microvascular Dedicated Nurse Practitioner. 90% BSN prepared RNs. Specialty certification opportunities: RN-BC and CMSRN. 7 years CLABSI free, 2000 days CAUTI free, high Quality patient outcomes, leading BUMC.
