$772K guaranteed base salary + $70/wRVU = $900K+ earning potential
Heavy procedural volume (13,000+ wRVUs annually)
EUS & ERCP available, but not required
Robust APP support to maximize efficiency and patient care
Compensation & Benefits:
Never-ending base salary + lucrative wRVU structure
7+ weeks PTO + signing bonus & relocation assistance
$180K in student loan repayment + residency/fellow stipend
APP collaboration bonus ($10K-$16K annually)
