Provides clerical and administrative support to the Palliative Care quality programs, performing tasks to maintain records and track progress of initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintains accurate records and documents.
2. Inputs and updates data and makes changes to existing data using appropriate systems. Reviews data for accuracy and errors.
3. Interfaces effectively with agency computer software systems.
4. Create and maintain spreadsheets as needed for project management.
5. Other duties required.
Other information:
Technical Expertise
1. Experience working with line staff and middle management is required.
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required. Epic software or similar EMR software is preferred.
3. Experience with data entry in research/quality setting is preferred.
Education and Experience
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Certification: None
3. Years of relevant experience: 0-2 years
4. Years of supervisory experience: None
5. Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgement.
