SUMMARY OF POSITION:

**100% Onsite**

Responsible to the Office Manager for providing front office support. Unlike other Medical Office Associate roles, this position is not patient facing. The MOA in this role is responsible for working closely with the care teams, sending patient care referrals with appropriate orders and clinical information, answering phone calls, managing message pool(s) in the electronic medical record, and processing faxes and paperwork, as well as other asynchronous tasks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
