Northwell Health’s Department of Cardiology and the Katz Institute for Women’s Health are seeking a dynamic, fellowship-trained cardiologist to become the Director of Women’s Heart Health to lead the clinical program across the western region and join the highly skilled cardiac team at Lenox Hill Hospital, located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Key responsibilities will include direct patient care activities, clinical leadership and program development, research leadership, educational program development and community engagement. Primary clinical responsibilities will be based in Manhattan with administrative responsibilities expanding across the western region including New York City, Westchester, and Staten Island.
The ideal candidate will be ABIM Board Certified in Cardiology, with five years of experience and a strong background in women’s cardiovascular health, including cardio-obstetrics. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
