Role Purpose
The Instructional Designer partners with Faculty to design course content and structure to best support student learning objectives and research proven methods. By using best practices and continues research, the Instructional Designer is a leader to optimize learning content and structure in support of school and student goals.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with faculty and subject matter experts in the design of course structure and content, both refinement of existing courses and creation of new courses.
Applies established standards and/or benchmarks in the design or layout of course content.
Align course structure and content to support student learning objectives.
Research and evaluate new strategies, technology, or methods into course design.
Partner with Academic Technology team to optimize best practices with LMS systems to support course structure and learning objectives.
