Be part of a 15-bed Level IIIA NICU with an ADC of 10â” the only one within a 70-mile radius, serving as a lifeline for South Central Washington.
Support a diverse and growing population with ~2,500 births annually and referrals from 5 critical access hospitals and a larger rural hospital.
Join a NICU with over 40 years of trusted service, now actively expanding and innovating in partnership with high-level OB and MFM providers.
Tools to Deliver Excellent Care
Provide care using conventional mechanical ventilation and bubble CPAP.
High-frequency ventilation and iNO are not currently offered.
Collaborative, Supportive Environment
Work with a full team of therapists (SLP, OT, PT) providing neurodevelopmental assessments and developmentally supportive care.
Participate in weekly interdisciplinary meetings with our sister practice in Spokaneâ”featuring journal clubs, M&M conferences, and clinical guideline reviews.

BC Neonatology
Minimum of 3 years of experience strongly preferred
Benefits and Compensation
Pay Range (Base Pay): $290,000 - $320,000
Other Types of Pay: Opportunity for non-guaranteed bonus pool.
Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the following:

NOTE: Team members at least 21 years old and are active full-time or part-time employee are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan at the time of hire. Team members who meet the planâ™s minimum age requirement can enroll in the plan at any time, and contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible.
Team Members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.
Paid Sick Leave:
Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year.
NOTE: The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.
