The role you’ll contribute:
The Admissions Manager monitors and conducts the cultivation, evaluation, and admissions processes for students at AHU. The Admissions Manager takes a lead role to ensure these processes run smoothly and efficiently for leads, applicants, current students, department chairs, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the Admissions Manager leads and participates in recruitment and admissions events/activities. The Admissions Manager is charged with upholding policy and procedure set by the Admissions Department, University, and its committees. The Admissions Manager actively exemplifies outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Professional oral and written communication skills
Responsible for and monitors the efficient execution of the cultivation, evaluation, and admissions processes for students at AHU
Travels in and out of state to develop and maintain partnership relationships and seeks out and promotes opportunities for AHU including, but not limited to: open houses, regional presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, career days, etc.
Assists with the development of admissions marketing publications and communications including letters, brochures, website postings, electronic mail and other mediums.
Develop and conduct information sessions (in-person and digital) about University and/or program admissions
Assist with the development and execution of communications plans to facilitate the cultivation, evaluation, and admissions processes
Own and document the communication process (email, text, phone) in the CRM for lead, applicant, and admission cultivation, using best practices for the frequency, accuracy, and tone of information shared
Collaborate with the Senior Data Processing Specialist to ensure timely turnaround of document processing to complete applicant files and identify opportunities for efficiency
