The PXU Coordinator provides vital administrative and operational support to the PXU team. As the primary point of contact for those inquiring about and engaging in PXU programs, the PXU Coordinator delivers timely, professional support to ensure a positive experience. With a strong focus on administrative efficiency and collaborative teamwork, this role contributes to the smooth execution and high-quality delivery of PXU programs and services.
REPORTS TO
Vice President, Patient Experience University
LOCATION
Nashville or Dallas/Fort Worth preferred; Will work remotely with occasional in-person meetings
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include the following, with other duties that may be assigned as the role develops:
Customer Service
Serve as the first point of contact via phone and email for PXU-related questions.
Provide technical support for online platforms (Totara, Credly, Nimble).
Operations
Maintain and update documentation to ensure continuity of operations.
Schedule meetings for PXU team to discuss programs with prospective participants.
Assist with data entry and projects as needed.
PXU Programs
Manage CPXP Prep course enrollment and facilitate the study sessions.
Coordinate and facilitate PX Connect Live, Connection Calls, and PX Chats.
Manage organizational member access to Introduction to Patient Experience.
Support webinars by serving as the backup host and send follow-up communications.
Sales Support
Follow up on open invoices for PXU programs.
Outreach to new individual members as a point of contact for learning questions.
Outreach to sales leads from informational webinars, preview requests, and other sources.
ELEVATE PX
Support ELEVATE PX by managing the submission and review process.
Assist with the breakout session program selection.
Manage speaker invitation and decline communications.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact positively and effectively with a variety of individuals.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams) and able to troubleshoot common user issues.
Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and a commitment to supporting team success.
Experience in healthcare, membership association, or education is preferred but not required.
Learning Management System (LMS) experience a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Coordinator, PXU is a virtual role, providing the individual with work flexibility, but also the need to ensure critical focus in maintaining consistent communication and achieving performance targets. Travel will be related to team meetings and events hosted by the Institute, estimated up to 5%.
