Telepsychiatry is a rapidly evolving, innovative approach to providing access to care. Using videoconferencing technology, doctors can provide consultation and diagnostic services to patients anytime. Telepsychiatry ensures the emergency departments and medical floors throughout our system will always be equipped to manage a patient in crisis who needs psychiatric care and support.

“Virtual” Psychiatry Service consulting to Emergency Departments and Medical Floors
Fully supported by dedicated Behavioral Health Counselor and clerical/technical staff
Optimized office environment located in Midtown Manhattan
Only 6 shifts/month for salaried position
Only 12 shifts/month for full time position
Academic appointment, teaching, and leadership opportunities
Requirements:
Position is in person in midtown Manhattan
Must work at least 1/3 overnights/weekends
No overnights required if CL fellowship trained
Must be BC/BE and licensed in NYS
Superior computer and EHR skills
Must be able to assess patients of all ages
