You will oversee a highly competitive fellowship program, mentor faculty and trainees, and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation.

The Role

Position: Division Chief, Pediatric Urology

Location: Dallas, Texas

Reporting Relationship: Claus G. Roehrborn, MD, Professor and Chair, Department of Urology

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and execute strategic vision for the division
• Oversee clinical operations, financial performance, and quality improvement initiatives
• Mentor faculty, fellows, and residents; foster a culture of teamwork and accountability
• Advance research, education, and clinical missions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Lead through major campus expansion and innovation in pediatric care

The Candidate

The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with:

• Board certification in Urology (American Board of Urology) and subspecialty certification in Pediatric Urology
• Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience in pediatric urology
• Demonstrated success in academic leadership, quality improvement, and team building
• Eligibility for Texas medical licensure
• Commitment to advancing clinical quality, patient safety, and research productivity
