Location: 120 Hillcrest Medical Blvd Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturdays 8am-12pm
About the Role
Join Baylor Scott & White Health as an Ambulatory Nursing Manager leading our Pediatric Clinic. In this leadership role, you?ll oversee clinical operations, drive quality care, and ensure efficient, cost-effective management of our pediatric specialty program. You?ll be the nursing leader responsible for guiding a dedicated team and supporting the health of children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate patient care delivery using evidence-based practices.
Manage departmental operations including staffing, budgeting, and policy implementation.
Foster a supportive and safe environment for patients, families, and nursing staff.
Promote continuous improvement and professional development through educational programs.
Advocate for high-quality pediatric care and uphold nursing excellence.
Qualifications & Success Factors
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations.
Experience caring for diverse age groups, especially pediatric patients.
Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Have a minimum of (3) three years' experience in this field
2-3 years of management experience
Are licensed as Registered Nurses
Must already have Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
