We are seeking a patient focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced and supportive Emergency Medicine team at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana!

Position Details:

• Full-time, Nights
• Minimum clinical hours expectation of 1.0 FTE, 138.69, ~12-17 shifts per month (various shift lengths, times and assignments); quarterly scheduling allowing for flexibility month-to-month
• Weekend and holiday rotation
• No call
• 100% outpatient- ED and Observation Unit

Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently in different areas of the Emergency Department including the main ED and observation unit.
• Provide acute care for all patient types; focused on lower acuity patients with potential collaborative care on higher acuity cases
• Perform bedside ER procedures

Qualifications:

• FNP or PA certifications required
• Emergency Medicine APP experience strongly preferred
• Will accept new graduates who have at minimum a clinical rotation in the ED during their program
