Responsibilities
About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a neonatal nurse practitioner to join our team of 2 neonatologists and 4 NNPs in Ogden, Utah.
Coverage is provided at three nurseries (two Level-III units and one Level-II) in the Ogden area
Ogden Regional Medical Center, Ogden UT - Level III NICU - 26-beds (PRIMARY)
Davis Hospital and Medical Center, Layton UT - Level III NICU - 15-beds
Lakeview Hospital, Bountiful UT - Level II NICU - 6-beds
The NNPs work collaboratively with the neonatologists to provide coverage to the high-risk delivery service, including attendance at deliveries, caring for all of the infants in the NICUs, in-house rounding and nursing education
The shifts are 24-hours and includes on-call from home for emergencies and high-risk deliveries
