7-on/7-off schedule with core faculty teaching responsibilities
Teaching role with academic appointment through university medical college
Inpatient consults and IOP focus with resident supervision
Manageable 1:5 call schedule with 24/7 resident coverage
Supervise 3 - 4 residents and participate in structured didactics
