The Neuromodulation Division at UCLA Semel Institute is seeking aDivision Managerto oversee it’s clinical, research, and educational programs. This role will lead day-to-day operations while driving long-term strategic growth for the Division across UCLA Health and in the broader Los Angeles community. Primary duties include:
Manage and supervise clinical and research operations, including staff training, performance, and workload goals
Oversee education and training programs, including scheduling, trainee onboarding, and course development
Partner with UCLA HR and finance teams on hiring, payroll, budgets, and compliance processes
Develop and implement strategic growth plans for clinical, research, and educational services
Support business development and community outreach, including marketing partnerships, and new site development
Track performance metrics, analyze program data, and prepare reports for leadership
Salary range: $105,700/yr - $234,500/yr
QualificationsMaster’s degree in business administration, health administration, social work, or nursing (highly preferred)
3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in Academic Medicine (preferred)
Leadership experience in program building and development
Demonstrated experience in budget oversight, analysis, and fund management
Prior experience with program development and expansion (clinical, research, or educational)
Knowledge of clinical operations and/or health program administration
Strong experience with financial analysis, reporting, and HR-related processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to manage complex schedules
Experience with vendor management, marketing/outreach, and networking with healthcare professionals
