- Valid New York State mental health license required (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Advanced degree in mental health counseling or social work required
- Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQ+, immigrants, and AAPI preferred
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and create treatment plans using DSM-5
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy modalities
- Collaborate with primary care providers in integrated healthcare setting
- Electronic medical records experience and crisis intervention skills needed
