Responsibilities

Join a closeknit neonatology team in a warm, welcoming community nestled between Tampa and Orlando. Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our wellestablished practice at Winter Haven Womenâ™s Hospital, part of the nationally recognized BayCare Health System.

This role offers the perfect blend of clinical impact, lifestyle flexibility, and the support of one of the strongest neonatal networks in the country.

Position Highlights

• Practice at Winter Haven Womenâ™s Hospital, a specialty hospital dedicated to women and newborns
• Busy 11bed Level II NICU
• 236 annual NICU admissions with an average daily census of 6
• Approx. 1,800 deliveries annually
• Work in a 2physician practice supported by skilled NNPs and the larger BayCare neonatology team in Tampa
• Attend all Csections and deliveries <34 weeks
• Flexible schedule with potential for every other week off
• Home call during service weeks for excellent workâ“life balance
